If there's one thing I believe in it's the quality of a good story.  Stories can provoke, inspire,  teach; they can be a method of escapism or realism that teach us to be better.

"Don’t Think About It”

The statement itself tries creates the purple elephant phenomenon, akaIronic Process Theory: deliberately attempting to suppress specific thoughts makes those thoughts more likely to surface.

I chose the name “Don’t Think About It!” because no one wants to think about the negative. With most of my personal art, I try and bring 'the negative' to light in a digestible way so we can process them from a healthy perspective. That's what I want people to think about when they see my work.
